Renovation of an educational facility in Saratoga, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Los Gatos Saratoga Union High School District is requesting pre-approved contractors to submit a quote for the following The air handler and ductwork supplying ventilation and heat to the school cafeteria was disconnected in the early 2000's. The District has an interest in bringing this system back into working order. Any questions arising from this walk must be submitted via email to Toby Mockler, Director FMOT, tmockler@lgsuhsd.org by 12pm Monday May 26th , 2025. We are looking to begin and complete this work between June 9th and July 31st , 2025 If the cost of the project exceeds $25,000, it will trigger the requirement of a CUPCCAA contract and Performance bond provision. As we are a public entity, prevailing wage must be factored into this quote. Classification B (General Building Contractor) Classification C-20 (Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor)
