Renovation of an educational facility in Saratoga, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Replace the boiler serving the Gym Complex at Saratoga High School. The District has a preference for a single High efficiency Boiler with a lead lag system of pumps. Current Boiler specs are posted in this document. If the cost of the project exceeds $25,000, it will trigger the requirement of a CUPCCAA contract and Performance bond provision. As we are a public entity, prevailing wage must be factored into this quote. Any questions arising from this walk must be submitted via email to Toby Mockler, Director FMOT, tmockler@lgsuhsd.org 12pm Monday May 26 th , 2025. All responses will be given by Monday 9am Wednesday May 28 th , and will be added as an addendum to the bid listing.
