Work funded by Measure W is subject to the Project Labor Agreement for West Valley-Mission Community College District ("PLA"). Incomplete, inaccurate, or untrue responses or information provided therein by a bidder shall be grounds for the District to reject such submissions for non-responsiveness. Bidders must possess a California Contractors License classification as listed in Bid Packages and must specify the classification of license bidder possesses at the time this contract is awarded, pursuant to Public Contract Code 3300 and must be appropriate for the work he/she is contracted to execute. The successful bidder must maintain that license throughout the duration of the contract, as well as furnish and maintain Commercial General Liability Insurance, Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance, and Worker's Compensation Insurance. Prior to commencing Work, the Contractor shall submit to the District the PLA Agreement to be Bound completed and executed on behalf of the Contractor. The Contract Time is not subject to adjustment for delays of the Contractor in submitting the completed and executed form of PLA Agreement to be Bound. Subcontractors, of any tier, must submit the completed and executed form of PLA Letter of Assent prior to commencing Work. The form of the PLA Agreement to be Bound is included in the Contract Documents. No Work will be permitted until the Contractor or Subcontractors, as applicable, submit the completed and executed form of PLA Agreement to be Bound to the District.
