Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Saratoga, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of: The project is located at Sanborn County Park which is located east of the City of Saratoga off Highway 9 and Sanborn Road. The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, supervision, technical and professional services, materials, tools and equipment and the performance of all operations necessary construct and remove a temporary water/fire protection system at Walden West School, to recoat the interior and exterior of a 350,000 gallon 40' diameter by 32' high welded steel water storage tank and to replace portions of the existing welded steel tank as herein specified. 4. All bids shall be on the form provided by the SCCOE. Each bid must conform and be responsive to all pertinent Contract Documents, including, but not limited to, the Instructions to Bidders. Final Questions Tuesday, November 12, 2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed in writing to the SCCOE. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the SCCOE in response to such questions will be issued in writing by Addenda faxed, mailed, or delivered to all parties recorded by the SCCOE as having received the Contract Documents. Questions received less than SEVEN (7) calendar days prior to the date for opening Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Final Questions extended to - 3:00 PM Thursday, December 5, 2024.
