Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wauchula, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of July 2, 2025 Project has not been awarded, Award will be on July 14, 2025 The principal features of the Work are: 1. 1/4 mile of roadway reconstruction on Tennessee Street 2. Select demolition and reconstruction of concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, driveways, and ramps. 3. Striping and signage The Contract(s) awarded under this Solicitation will be funded by the Florida Department of Transportation using American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds and are subject to requirements listed in the FDOT and ARPA agreements attached. Sealed Bids shall reference the following on the outer envelope: SEALED BID: BIDDER'S NAME AND ADDRESS CITY OF WAUCHULA - TENNESSEE STREET ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS - FPID 447956-1 All questions regarding this Invitation for Bid shall be submitted in writing and delivered to Stephanie Camacho, City Clerk, City of Wauchula, 126 South 7 th Avenue, Wauchula, FL 33873, or via email: scamacho@cityofwauchula.com.
