As of November 5, 2025, per the owner, the project has not been awarded and is being reevaluated on how it will move forward. ............................ The City of Healdsburg (City) desires to repair the storm drain located within the side yards of homes between Willow Glen Ct. and Sunnyvale Dr. It is envisioned that the storm drain will be removed and replaced with special requirements to ensure adjacent private property improvements located outside of the storm drain easement are not damaged. Additionally, the design plans and special provisions shall be adequately developed with shoring, engineered details or other requirements to protect the existing pool located at 309 Sunnyvale Drive. Anticipated Contract Start 8/18/2025 Question Deadline 06/09/2025 Requests for interpretations or clarifications of the solicitation requirements should be made in writing and submitted via email to contracts@healdsburg.gov.
