Site work for a mixed-use development in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Work included under this Project consists of the construction of an access path and a boardwalk project. The project scope includes erosion and sedimentation control measures, grading, granular material, permeable pavers, signs, concrete, steel reinforcement, wood framing, steel connectors, and composite deck. Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all Construction to the satisfaction of the University, and subject to approval of the Professional and State System of Higher Education.
