Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Monroe, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Reconstruction of 31st Avenue north of 13th Street, a portion of 8 1/2 Street from 31st Avenue to 32nd Avenue, and 32nd Avenue. The existing typical sections are rural and will be reconstructed to urban sections with new curb and gutter, storm sewer, and sidewalk. The total length of this reconstruction is approximately 3,000 feet. The reconstruction will also require sections of water main and sanitary sewer main replacement. There is also a section of 10th Street between 29th and 31st Avenues that will require pedestrian improvements where new sidewalk and pedestrian ramps are added. This is a multi-year construction project with scheduled completion in August 2026. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. For further requirements re- garding Bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and Contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
