The Monroe County Justice Programs is accepting sealed bids from qualified firms to provide Electronic Monitoring services for the fiscal years of 2026 - 2028. Monitoring devices would include GPS bracelets, alcohol monitoring bracelets, and handheld alcohol sobriety to ensure sobriety and compliance with program rules. Monroe County Justice Programs has highly reputable programs and we look forward to a partnership to continue to succeed in Monroe County, Wisconsin. Award of the contract to the successful qualified bidder shall be based upon the bid determined most advantageous to the county after evaluating the specific criteria requested. Bids must remain firm once submitted and may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety days, subject to provisions for correction of errors in the bid as contained in 66.0901, Wisconsin Statutes, Monroe County Ordinance, and Administrative Rules. M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process. Monroe County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids submitted, in whole or part, and to waive any informalities or technicalities which at Monroe County's discretion are determined to be in the best interests of Monroe County.
