As of July 18, 2025, the project was awarded to Roberts and Roberts Management Services, with an awarded amount of $922,305.90. The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified contractors to provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies to resurface/rehabilitate approximately 1.286 miles of Bay County roads. The project will consist of removal of existing pavement structure, replacement of base material, placement of geogrid, paving, and stabilization of all disturbed areas. QUESTIONS Bidders shall submit all questions, in writing, to the Purchasing Department via email Purchasing@baycountyfl.gov.
