The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks responses from qualified vendors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and supplies required to perform diving services to the Utility Services Department Water and Wastewater Divisions Diving Services include but are not limited to scheduled inspections, cleaning, and routine maintenance as further described in Exhibit 1 Scope of Work. Question Deadline - 05/23/2025 at 5:00 PM CT Bidder(s) shall be certified professional divers for underwater, pipeline and structural inspections, cleaning, repair and condition inspections. Bidders shall provide proof of experience, knowledge and ability to perform the tasks considered and expected to be performed under this contract. Bidders shall demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years' diving experience. Please see the Attachments section for specifications and attachments.
