the purchase of Light Emitting Diode (LED) Streetlight Fixtures And Materials.. Bryan Pitts shall act as the City Representative on this procurement. Each proposal must conform with and be responsive to this ITB, the Information for Bidders, the specifications, and all other pertinent contract documents. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept or reject any one or more items of a bid, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bids. Any person, corporation, firm or other entity submitting a bid in response to this ITB is referred to herein as a “Bidder”. No Bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of bids.
