City of Jackson, an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action Employer, seeks to retain the services of a professional consultant engineering firm to provide services related to construction of The Jackson Airways Phase 4 project activities include sidewalk installation on Airways Blvd, between State Street and US-45 Bypass. This is federally funded project. The project shall be accomplished in accordance with TDOT Local Programs guidelines. The professional consultant engineering consulting firm must be on TDOT's pre-approved list or have a completed pre-qualification form filed with TDOT by the deadline for the Letters of Interest. The prequalified firm must have unlimited status. Responsibilities of the professional consultant firm include, but are not limited to: Required Scope of Services NEP Design Utility Coordination Permitting Plans, Specifications, Construction Budget Assist with Right of Way & Excess Land Coordination Bidding Invoicing Construction Engineering and Inspection Closeout Documents Estimated Schedule for Performance of Work Consultant Selection June 2025 NEPA Complete June 2026 Design Complete January 2027 Right of Way Complete January 2027 Construction Complete September 2027 The City reserves the right to postpone or reject any or all bids/rfps/rfqs, to waive informalities and to accept the Bid/RFP/RFQ judged to be in the best interest of the City.
