The work of this contract comprises exterior restoration and repairs, including façade cleaning and restoration, and interior renovation work including conversion of existing library space to Court Clerk office, conversion of existing Court Clerk office to Public Lounge, incorporation of an I.T./Video room, various upgrades to finishes at Level 1 and Level 2, restroom renovations, and all related work. Project Location: 402 S Shannon St, Jackson, TN 38301 Bidders submitting bids equal to or greater than $25,000 in value are required to be licensed in accordance with state law. A statement of public contract crime status and minority business status is required on the Bid Form. Additionally, the Drug Free Workplace Affidavit and a five percent (5%) bid security is required. Non-discrimination policy applies to this project. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject bids. Completion- 300 Days Question Deadline 07/24/2025 Bidders shall submit questions about Bidding Documents to Designer in writing. Replies will be issued to Bidders of Record by Addenda and will become part of Contract Documents. Designer and Owner will not make oral clarifications. Questions must be received by Designer at least six calendar days before bid due date. ADD ALTERNATE NO. 1 Replace interior wall paneling and trim at Courtroom 114 and Conference 129: Refer to notes and elevations on Drawing Sheet A2.5, A7.2 and A7.3.
