Jackson Housing Authority is soliciting competitive proposals from highly qualified firm(s)/individual(s) with a documented track record of providing the required services, preferably for Public Housing Authority or similar agencies, to perform lead-based paint inspection/risk assessment in accordance with HUD, EPA and State guidelines. RFP Bid Date Notes : Separate sealed proposals will be accepted at the JHA's Office, 125 Preston Street, Jackson, TN 38301, until the date and time noted above. Proposals will be held in confidence and not released in any manner until after the contract award. Question Deadline 07/31/2025 During the period between issuance of this RFP and the proposal due date, no oral interpretation of the RFP's requirements will be given to any prospective respondent.
