Renovation of a transportation facility in McKenzie, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
** As of July 3, 2025, this project is not expected to be formally awarded by or before November 2025. ** The project includes furnishing and installing a generator, concrete slab, automatic transfer switch, wiring, and all other items shown on the plans and specifications. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bidders bond on the form obtained in the proposal from a surety company acceptable to the County of Fayette or a Cashies Check or Certified Check made payable to the County of Fayette, for not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bids based on the high alternate. A 100% Contract Bond will be required. Carroll County hereby notifies all bidders that a 9.9% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal has been set for this project and must be met or exceeded.
