The City of Pflugerville (City) is requesting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for Professional Services to provide engineering and planning, design, permitting, bid, & construction phase services for the City's Transportation, Roadway and Drainage Projects for FY2024 & FY2025. Enclosed for your consideration is a Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFQ). The intent of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to provide a general understanding of a firm's technical expertise in the areas of Transportation, Roadway, and Drainage. This RFQ is not a rotation list but will be used to select firms for projects over the next several years. The City of Pflugerville will use the provided Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to match the most technically qualified firm with small to medium-sized Capital Improvement Projects as they arise based on the specific project's needs. The submission of a Statement of Qualifications is voluntary and electing not to submit does not prevent a firm from being eligible for selection on a future City of Pflugerville project.
