Renovation of a multi-residential development in Avondale, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The (Owner), its Consultant, Brawner & Company ("Manager" and "Owner's Representative"), and the project LIHTC Sponsor, Housing Authority of Maricopa County ("LIHTC Sponsor"), invite the submittal of written Proposals from qualified Design-Build Teams ("Proposer" or "Design-Builder") interested in providing services for the design, permitting and renovation of a single multi- family development, containing 120 residential units in 44 residential buildings, located on 19.44 acres. There are 9 other community related buildings which include (6) laundry, (1) office, (1) maintenance and (1) community center. The transaction is anticipated to close in April/May 2026 with the construction being substantially completed by June/July 2027. Total construction is estimated at 14 months.
