Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fairway, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Bids shall be on a unit-price basis for the Base Bid. The work generally includes: Volume I: Cold milling and asphalt overlay of the roadways on Buena Vista Street, Mohawk Lane, and Norwood Road, spot repair of concrete curb and gutter on all streets, concrete driveways, and pavement base repair as required. Volume II: LINE A - Approximately 88 LF of 15" storm sewer to be CIPP lined, two (2) combination inlets to be removed, disposed and replaced, and restoration of pavement, curb and gutter and surrounding area. LINE B - Approximately 132 LF of 15" storm sewer to be abandoned, installation of 169 LF of 18" storm sewer, a Type 2 curb inlet, grate inlet, a manhole, an 18" flared end section, removal and replacement of: 6' wood fence, 4' chain link fence, concrete driveway, grouted stone edging, grouted stone walkway, asphalt pavement, curb and gutter and restoration of the surrounding area. LINE C - Approximately 94 LF of 21" and 95 LF 24" storm sewer to be CIPP lined, one grate inlet, one combination inlet, and two manholes to be removed, disposed, and replace, and restoration of pavement, curb and gutter, driveway, and surrounding area. LINE D - Approximately 626 LF of 12" storm sewer to be CIPP lined, four (4) storm inlets to be removed, disposed and replaced with combination inlets, a manhole, to be removed, disposed and replaced, and restoration of curb and gutter, driveway, and surrounding area. LINE E - Approximately 324 LF of 12" storm sewer to be CIPP lined, two (2) combination storm inlets to be removed, disposed and replaced, and restoration of pavement, curb and gutter, and surrounding area. and other items as specified in the bidding documents and amendments thereto.
