The Work of this Contract comprises the removal of designated existing site lighting infrastructure and the installation of new lighting improvements at Mercer County Community College (MCCC), including all related site electrical work. 2. The Work includes, but is not limited to: a. Removal and disposal of selected existing light fixtures, poles, and footings. b. Installation of new Owner-furnished light poles and light fixtures as shown on the Contract Drawings. c. Installation of underground electrical wiring. d. Installation of new light pole footings. 3. The project is divided into two phases corresponding to separate power distribution centers: a. Base Bid: Work fed from the Western Power Distribution Center. b. Alternate Bid: Work fed from the Eastern Power Distribution Center. 4. The Owner will furnish all light poles and light fixtures. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for complete and operational installation as shown and specified.
