Questions Due Date: Jun 9th 2025, 12:00 PM EDT All questions must be submitted via online Sealed bids will be received including: (1) Installation of Single Application Asphalt Seal Coat (approx. 59,815 SY) with Application of Slurry Seal Type II. (2) Rubberized Crack Seal (7,500 LB) and Mastic Crack Seal (3,500 LB). (3) Replacement Pavement Markings. Bids must be made on forms furnished by the Township and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, issued by a Surety licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the amount of at least (10%) of the total price bid made payable to the Township; and Anti-Collusion Affidavit. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Insurance; Performance, Payment Bonds each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price; and a Maintenance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price; with a corporate surety licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and approved by the Township, in accordance with bid specifications. Solebury Township reserves the unqualified right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities.
