Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Mission, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
BC Parks is investing in recreational infrastructure by making improvements to park facilities at Rolley Lake Provincial Park. These improvements include adding new campsites, toilets and shower facilities as well as electrical, water distribution, and sewage system upgrades. Filtration (Treatment) Upgrade - Remove and dispose of existing filter located in the effluent chamber and supply and install two (2) Zabel A100-12 filter units in parallel; Flow Monitoring Upgrade - Excavate and intercept existing Sewage Force Main (SFM) downstream of the pump chamber and supply and install a Seametrics Plastic-Bodied Magmeter, Model WMP101 (or approved equivalent), and concrete meter box, risers and lid and bed, backfill with bedding material as specified in the design drawings and restore surface area including seeding if required; and, Disposal Field Dosing Upgrade - Remove and dispose of existing siphons located in the two siphon chambers and supply and install two (2) new Fluid Dynamics Siphon Model 452 (or approved equivalent).
