Renovation of a civil project in Winthrop, Massachusetts. Design plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The work includes furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, supervision and incidentals necessary for the critical isolation and control valves, inspection of the Liquid Oxygen Storage Tank and replacement of associated relief valves, as well as an overhaul of all four main air compressors at the Deer Island Treatment Plant Cryogenics Facility. As of October 29, 2025, no bids were accepted for this and has been placed on hold. There are plans to revisit this in the future. A firm construction timeline has not been established at this time. Work shall be completed within 15 months of the Notice to Proceed.
