SUMMARY OF WORK A. The Work under the Contract consists of: 1. The removal and re-construction of approximately 2,500 square yards of cement concrete sidewalks and approximately 500 square yards of concrete driveway aprons / Pedestrian ramps including curb resetting, adjustment of sidewalk structures such as utility shut offs, loam and asphalt patching, where necessary. This work may also the construction of new handicap ramps and curb cuts to exact tolerances and the restoration of private properties as required. All work shall consist of furnishing any and all materials, labor, and equipment, to complete the work in accordance with the specific requirements of this Project Manual. B. In addition, the work under the contract includes: 1. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site. 2. Sealing of all newly poured cement 3. All labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to do all the work required for the completion of each item as specified, which shall be limited not only to the exact intent mentioned, but shall include incidental work necessary or customarily performed for the completion of that item. 4. All items not specifically mentioned or noted in the Project Manual and/or Plan(s), but which are obviously necessary to make a complete working installation.
