Site work and new construction of a military facility in Lawton, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a 14,000-square-foot military facility; and for site work for a military facility.
Solicitation/RFO announcement for the FAA Eastern Region Acquisition Service Area, Boston Acquisition Office, has a new construction effort for the new LAW ATCT project in Lawton, OK. Engineering/Facility point of contact (POC) will be Walter Parker at 817-559-1484. The performance period is 542 calendar days after the effective date of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). This procurement is available on a Full & Open basis. The North American Industry Calssification System (NAICS) code is 236220, with a size standard of $45.0 million. The Request for Offer (RFO), PPQ, DOL Wage Rates, eInvoicing Letter, and Sample Construction Waste Program Report, are attached to this announcement. All other Engineering Doucments can bu downloaded from the FAA's KSN site, per instructions in Section j of the RFO/Solicitation package. The price range for this procurement is $35,000,000.00 - $45,000,000.00. Question Deadline 07/18/2025 at 4:00 PM CT Any offeror proposing on this project desiring an interpretation or clarification of the SOW, contract terms and/or conditions, must make their written request by e-mail to Robert.Higgins@faa.gov, at least 10 calendar days prior to RFO closing. Telephone questions will not be accepted, nor any directed to anyone other than myself. The requestor (potential Prime Contractor, not a subcontractor or supplier) shall provide a company name, point-of - contact name, address and telephone number, as well as a return e-mail address. The Contracting Officer is the only person authorized to issue clarifications, interpretations, and/or changes to this solicitation. Any offeror proposing an alternative material/equipment, they must call it out in their proposal package, and this must be in accordance with the Brand Name or Equal clause as set forth in L.3. **The Acquisition Management System (AMS) applies to FAA in place of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and various other provisions of Federal acquisition law. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
