Description: Description of Work: Pipe burst approximately 8,900 LF of 8-inch and 10-inch sanitary sewer lines in various locations in the City of Lawton, including cleaning and bypass pumping, as well as fittings, services, and appurtenances as shown in the contract documents. Contractor is responsible for all material, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the work. All other information relating to this project is contained within the attached Contract Documents. A cashier's check, a certified check, or a surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders. Deposits will be returned to successful bidder upon execution of the contract documents.
