Site work and new construction of a residential development in Northampton, New York. Working plans call for the construction of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
*As of July 24, 2025, project is on hold. No definite date for the rebid. The Work Will Include All Labor and Materials for the Construction Of a 10,000 +/- Square Foot, Public Use Building Including Display Spaces, Offices, Theater and Multi-purpose Rooms. The Contracts Are Subject to Prevailing New York State Wage Rates, as Well as the Requirements for Equal Employment Opportunity, All as Described in the Contract Documents. Contracts Will Be Awarded by Fulton County Which Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Minor Informalities or Technicalities at Their Discretion, and to Award Contracts in a Manner Deemed to Be in the Best Interests of Fulton County, Even if Such Award is to Other Than the Lowest Bidder. No Bidder May Withdraw Their Bid Within Forty-five (45) Days After the Actual Date of the Opening Thereof. Bid, Performance and Payment Bonds Shall Be Required. This Agreement is for Services Related to a Project That is Subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (Babaa) Requirements Under the Title Ix of The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act ("Iija"), Pub. L. 177-58. Absent an Approved Waiver, All Iron, Steel, Manufactured Products and Construction Materials Used in This Project Must Be Produced in the United States, as Further Outlined by the Office of Management and Budget's Memorandum M-22-11, Initial Implementation Guidance on Application of Buy America Preference in Federal Financial Assistance Programs for Infrastructure, April 18, 2022. ***Prebid meeting: The Meeting Will Continue at the Project Site Located at 606 Nys Route 30, Northville, Ny 12134 Following the Session at Town Hall. All Questions Should Be Submitted via Email to Tara Borodin-galarza at Tborodin@phinneydesign.com Before June 4th at 2pm Local Time. The Architect Will Answer Questions and Transmit to All Listed Bidders Addenda With Clarifications Arising From the Pre-bid Conference By June 11th 2025.
