The City of Las Vegas (City) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Offerors) to submit written Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) to develop a comprehensive Bicycle Study including a bicycle infrastructure plan, policies, standards, and regulations throughout the City of Las Vegas. The study will identify and propose key policies that may benefit the future development of bicycle infrastructure. The study shall also include bicycle safety data and future improvements along the City's High Injury Network. Question Deadline 06/03/2025 at 5:00 PM PT The final product will be a public-friendly, highly graphical, GIS based publication for the public and City staff. This project is federally funded by Nevada Department of Transportation; federal regulations apply as specified herein. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
