The Scope of Work Includes Construction of a New Facility, Access Drive, Sidewalk, Parking and Other Incidental Items and Work Described in the Project Manual, or Reasonably Inferable Therefrom. Bidders may request clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents by making a written request which shall reach the Owner at least seven (7) days prior to the date for receipt of bids. A Bid Security in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Bid Amount Must Accompany Each Bid, in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Pevely Anticipates Issuing a Notice to Proceed in June 2025.
