**As of August 8th, 2025, the project was awarded to Samaritans Roofing and Exteriors, with an awarded amount of $53,101.68.** Sealed bids for the removal and replacement of the shingled roof, gutters, downspouts, soffit, fascia, and siding. The selected contractor will comply with all applicable provisions of the State of Missouri's Division of Labor and Industrial Relations' prevailing wage law and determinations.
