The City of Pevely, Missouri, is Re-accepting Sealed Bids for Concrete Slab Replacement on Landmark Manor Drive. The Selected Area is Currently Marked With White Paint. The Selected Area is Approximately 300ft. The Slabs Are to Be Removed, Then Replaced on a 2" Rock BASE, Then Repoured at 6" Concrete. Joints Must Be Saw-cut. The City Will Provide a Clean Fill Dump Site Less Than 1 Mile From the Project. All Interested and Qualified Contractors Are Invited to Submit Proposals. Bid Requirements: Current Contractor's License (City of Pevely License Required Prior to Award) Proof of General Liability Insurance Proof of Workers' Compensation Insurance (or Approved Exemption) Completed Bid Form and Itemized Cost Proposal List of References for Similar Work Any Applicable Certifications or Permits Required by the State or Local Regulations a Statement of Ability to Meet Project Timelines
