DURATION OF WORK Work uired under this call for tenders must be completed in 35 weeks (including holidays, vacation days (ex: construction vacations) and the deadlines uired for the supply of materials/equipment) from the date specified in the contract or upon receipt of written authorization from the Company. The likely start date is between August 4 and 29, 2025. However, the following work must be completed by 20 October 2025: Work to automatically regulate the CAG facilities in the basement, ground floor, 1st and 2nd floors. The regulation of these spaces must be fully functional by 20 October 2025. Reference to Stantec RA11, RA14, RA17, RA18 plan sheets. Ventilation works from 10th to 3rd floor: New 500 mm duct, connecting the existing 3rd floor conduit to the #A-1/R1 system master duct in the 10th floor mechanical room, including swing. Reference to Stantec V02 and V03 plan sheets. Ventilation work in the 10th floor mechanical room: Pipe deviation 915 mm from system #A-1/R-1 and fitting 400 mm to well C. Refer to Stantec's V02 plan sheet. 650mm Duct Deviation from #A-1/R-1. Refer to Stantec V02 Schematic Sheet. GUARANTEE The must be accompanied by a security of 10% of the amount. When the is transmitted in paper form, this guarantee must be presented in the form of a bond, irrevocable letter of guarantee, certified cheque, mandate or draft and comply with the conditions mentioned in the article " Guarantee" Instructions to ders. When the is transmitted electronically, this guarantee must be presented in the form of a bond or an irrevocable letter of guarantee and comply with the conditions mentioned in article <> Instructions to ders. No other form of warranty is accepted with this mode of transmission. The Corporation reserves the right not to consider a uest for clarification that does not result in an amendment to the tender documents made by a der if such uest is sent to the Corporation five working days or less before the cut-off date and time for the receipt of tenders.
