Renovation of a military facility in Providence, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The National Park Service, Contracting Operations East, New England Major Acquisition Buying Office, issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) for a construction requirement at Roger Williams National Monument in Providence, Rhode Island. Work will consist of providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment and supervision as to replace the HVAC System in the Antram Gray House as detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW). Information is provided in the Statement of Work, included with the solicitation documents. The estimated magnitude of the complete requirement is between 25,000 and 100,000.
