Under this contract, the successful bidder (CONTRACTOR) shall be 'oncall' to mobilize and furnish labor and materials as detailed in this document, providing comprehensive maintenance, diagnostic, and repair services for the ITS Field Devices and associated electronic and communications equipment, ensuring the functionality and system integrity of the TMC.
