Site work for a library in Muscoda, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a library.
The Muscoda Public Library is accepting bids for lawn irrigation and sod installation. Bids should include the following: Lawn Renovation o Completely kill and rototill existing grass o Bring in and spread additional layer of topsoil, approx. 1 - 1.5" deep o Grade entire property o After irrigation is in place and property is re-leveled, spread starter fertilizer o Truck in and lay Kentucky Bluegrass sod o Roll sod after installation Irrigation Installation o Installation of sprinkler heads around all sides of library building o Controller w/ wireless rain sensor o Backflow prevention device o All pipe, control wire, valves, fittings, etc. exterior to the building only One-year workmanship warranty and proof of insurance are required. Work must be completed before September 1, 2025. The Muscoda Village Board and Library Board can accept or deny any and all bids.
