Warren Consolidated Schools ("District") will be receiving sealed Bid Proposals for 2022 Bond Issue - Bid Pack No. 11 - Freezer Replacement. All questions during the bidding period shall be referred to Sam Gottlieb, Clark Construction Company via email: Sgottlieb@clarkcc.com The Board reserves the right to waive any irregularities, reject any or all bids, or accept any bid when in the opinion of the Board such action best serves the district's interest. Bid date notes: The district will not consider or accept a Bid received after the date and time specified for bid submission. Bids must be submitted in hard copy only using the Clark Construction Company Bid Form. Bids will be publicly opened and read immediately following the proposal deadline. No oral, fax or emailed Bids will be considered or accepted.
