Reference Number 0000387415 the furnishing of all labor, material, equipment and other means necessary for the removal of hazardous materials at 369 Duanesburg Road, Rotterdam, N.Y. The work shall involve the removal of hazardous materials that were identified as part of a feasibility study conducted by Barton & Loguidice. The report is provided in Appendix A herein. The removal locations are at the following locations: Main building exterior envelope related to the exterior cementitious shingles. Basement Storage Area and Kitchen (bottom layer) related to the 4" x 4" vinyl floor tile, gray oatmeal. Basement Storage Area and Kitchen (top layer) related to the 12" x 12" vinyl floor tile, red speckled. Basement Ceiling and throughout related to wire insulation within metal flex conduit.
