Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Evansville, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for the demolition of a water / sewer project.

The work for which bids are to be received consists of: Replacement of the existing Stallings Booster Station with a packaged booster station on a new site, demolition of existing booster station, site work including grading and paving, installation of associated site piping, electrical and control systems for the booster station, and replacement of approximately 160 feet of 12-inch water main. Work shall also include installation of all associated fittings, valves, connections to existing water mains, abandoning/removing existing water mains, and surface restoration. Work shall also include all supervision, equipment, traffic control, granular backfill, pavement restoration (milling included), flushing, disinfecting, testing, and all appurtenances necessary to complete the work shown in the Drawings and the Specifications. All work must be ready for satisfactory and continuous operation, in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications. The Evansville Water and Sewer Utility further reserves the right to waive informalities, and to award the contract to the lowest and most responsible bidder (or bidders), all to the advantage of the Evansville Water and Sewer Utility, or to reject all Proposals.
