NSHE recently migrated to a new payment system that requires all of our vendors register with the system in order for our Controllers office to allow us to pay you. Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC) is soliciting qualifications from architectural firms to provide design services for constructing a Fire Training Academy at the TMCC Redfield Campus to include a training grounds and modular fire training tower in Phase 1 Construction as well as all utilities, civil engineering and site work to prepare for a Phase 2 Fire Training Academy. This project will be in accordance with the Redfield Campus Master Plan criteria. The selected firm will be responsible for the design development, engineering, permit and construction documents, and construction administration for Phase 1. The project will utilize a design, bid, build construction delivery method. The design is intended to identify the scope of work, cost estimate and schedule. The anticipated services may include, but are not necessarily limited to: o Schematic, Design Development, Permit, and Construction Documents. o Construction Administration. o Conducting numerous meetings with various stakeholders to consolidate scope of work. o Determining infrastructure connections o Provide construction scheduling estimates. o Compiling budget and cost estimates. The construction cost for Phase 1 is estimated to be in the $1-3M range. Phase 2 is estimated to be $6-8M. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
