RSIC is requesting sealed bids to carry out the following road preventative maintenance projects: Priority # 1: Preventative Maintenance for Eagle Canyon Road in Hungry Valley. RSIC is seeking bids for preventive maintenance work on Eagle Canyon Road, a 7.9 mile arterial that starts at the entrance to RSIC near Calle de La Plata and continues north to the entrance of the RSIC Community Center in Hungry Valley. The following maintenance work is required: 1. Asphalt patching to correct areas of high severity alligator cracking, along with areas of high severity transverse and longitudinal cracking. 2. Crack cleaning and sealing 3. Scrub seal roadway 4. Chip Seal to preserve structural section 5. Pavement Markings The BIA FY 2024 Road Maintenance Summary Report (August 2024) is attached for reference. Priority # 2: Preventative Maintenance and striping for the driveway entrance into the Hungry Valley Community Center and the driveway on the north side of the Community Center. RSIC is seeking bids for preventative maintenance for portions of the internal access road for the Hungry Valley Community Center. The following preventative maintenance work is required for the main entrance and the driveway on the north end of the Community Center (see attached map for reference): 1. Asphalt patching to correct areas of high severity alligator cracking, along with areas of high severity transverse and longitudinal cracking. 2. Crack cleaning and sealing 3. Scrub seal roadway 4. Chip Seal to preserve structural section 5.
