Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Brea, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work to be constructed hereunder generally consists of sewer lift station improvements at the existing sewer lift station located on the south side of Briarwood Drive in the City of Brea. Works of Improvement include, but are not limited to, mobilization, pavement removals and disposal, removal and replacement of existing sewer pumps, systems, controls, and panels, curb and gutter removal and reconstruction, installation of new 6" PVC SDR26 sewer force main with all fittings and appurtenances, existing sewer manhole rehabilitation, pipe connections, landscape and irrigation, electrical, and all improvements required to complete the Project as shown on the Plans, and as included in these Specifications. In accordance with provisions of Section 3300 of the California Public Contract Code, the AGENCY has determined that the Contractor shall possess a valid California Contractor's License Class "A" (General Engineering) or Class "C-34" (Pipeline Contractor), Class "C-10" (Electrical Contractor), Class "D-21" (Machinery and Pumps Contractor) or combination thereof to perform the required work.
