Site work for a mixed-use development in Nantucket, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Nantucket, (hereinafter Town) through its Department of Public Works, invites qualified responders to submit bids for Town-Wide Line Painting: Roadway, Crosswalk, Sharrows, and Stop Bar Markings Question Submission Deadline: May 22, 2025, 2:00pm Question Response Deadline: May 28, 2025, 2:00pm Questions concerning this IFB must be submitted via the Question & Answer feature of the Towns e-Procurement portal. Bidders must submit a bid deposit of five percent (5%) of the amount of the base bid. Bid deposit may be in the form of a certified check; a bank, treasurers or cashiers check; or a bid bond from a surety company. The Successful Bidder must furnish a Payment Bond in amount at least equal to fifty percent (50%) of the contract price with a surety company acceptable to the Town of Nantucket. The Town of Nantucket reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in its best interest.
