Renovation of a municipal facility in Brampton, Ontario. Design plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
City Hall, 3rd floor located at 2 Wellington Street West. The scope of work is to fully renovate the floor, removing offices and meeting rooms off the perimeter and placing them in the interior to provide more natural light throughout the space, upgrading finishes and installing new workstations through our furniture vendors. TIMELINE: Request for Proposal for design services has been awarded. Project is in preliminary design stages. Tender and construction are expected in 2026, pending final funding and approvals. Further update may be available spring 2026.
