The Town of Franzen is soliciting crack filling of the following roads: West of intersection of State HWY 49/Comet Rd, west from 8/10ths to termination(approximately 1 mile) and Little Wolf west from County Rd I to State Hwy 49 (approximately 4 miles).Description of work: The work will consist of crack sealing. Each bid should be separate for each road mentioned. Each bidder is required to state in its proposal the bidder's name, place of business and references. The bidder is expected to carefully examine the proposed work area and to be thoroughly familiar with the details and all conditions likely to be encountered that will affect the cost and scheduling of the work before submitting a bid proposal. The Submission of a bid is considered evidence that the bidder has examined the worksite and is satisfied as to the conditions to be encountered in performing the work requirement of the job. The TOWN reserved the right to accept or reject any or all submissions, to waive any or all formalities in the bidding, to evaluate all bids, to investigate the references of any or all bidders, to negotiate with one or all bidders and otherwise to act as it deems to be in the best interest of the TOWN Specifications: Need appropriate equipment.
