The Borough of Butler will receive proposals from qualified firms to contract for the below-referenced services through a Public-Private Partnership(P3) for the following project: Full Service Water Storage Tank Asset Rehabilitation, Management, and Maintenance Program Respondents to the RFP shall include the complete painting and repair of each tank identified as well as providing for the long-term full service maintenance and management for each potable water storage tanks identified within this RFP. The Borough of Butler reserves the right to waive formalities in any proposal, and to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part with or without cause and/or to accept the proposal that in its sole judgment will be in the best interest of Borough of Butler irrespective of cost. The Borough specifically reserves the right to reject any conditional proposal and will normally reject those which make it impossible to determine the intent of the proposal.
