This combined synopsis/solictation is issued as a request for quotation IAW FAR Part 12 and 13 for hoods and ducts cleaning services. Submit written quotes in reference to Request for Quote (RFQ) number FA465925QM015. See RFQ COMBO and its attachments for more information: Attachment 1: Performance Work Statement Attachment 2: Provisions and Clauses Attachment 3: Quote Schedule Attachment 4: Wage Determination Attachmnet 5: Past Performance List of References A site visit can be scheduled upon request. Requests must be submitted by 11 August 2025. Contractors should be at the GFAFB Visitors center no later than 1:30 to allow time for obtaining vehicle passes. Submit the name of all attendees via e-mail no later than 10:00AM CDT on 13 August 2025. Only one site visit will be held. No questions/answers will take place during the site visit. Questions shall be submitted to SrA Nia Womack via email at nia.womack@us.af.mil and are due no later than 20 August 2025 at 10:00AM EST.
