The Supplier shall supply, furnish, and install all components, labour, vehicles, products, equipment, tools, subcontracts, and all other goods and services to provide the Services, which are to be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement. Submissions shall ensure the following is clearly distinguished, outlined, and accurately priced: Interested proponents are being asked to submit separate pricing on the forms Appendix I - Proposal Submission Form Part A (pricing for new units) and Part B (pricing for maintenance) pricing attached with this RFP for the following: In your submission, please ensure consideration of the following points and that pricing is reflective of: i. Equipment and all related materials to replace 2 (two) Optical Entrance Gate Scanners with new ii. All micro-processors, controllers, sensors, cabling, wiring harnesses, micro-switches, photo sensors/eyes to be current technology and readily available iii. All labour costs iv. All costs associated with equipment being provided with a current processor v. All delivery, setup, installation and calibration vi. Site preparation costs vii. Costs conducted in an after-hours scenario viii. Removal/relocation of old equipment ix. Disposal of all packaging and waste (AtkinsRéalis will not be responsible for disposal or storage of any waste materials.) x. Any e-waste costs xi. Travel costs xii. Taxes additional xiii. AODA compliance is a mandatory requirement xiv. Pricing to include all shipping, delivery and handling fees, any applicable customs and brokerage fees, and all set up and installation fees. Excluding taxes. xv. Price submitted needs to be valid for at least 6 (six) months and price must in Canadian dollars, taxes extra Due to the manner in which the Waterloo Region Courthouse conducts daily business, the decommissioning and removal of existing equipment and installation and commissioning of new equipment must take place outside operational business hours. The new equipment is to be tested and all calibrations and adjustments are to be made to ensure the equipment is in correct and proper working order before the onset of the next days' business operations.
