DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The project consists of the Contractor furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to construct a new Parking Lot and Paved Walking Path and other items specifically defined in the plans and Bid Proposal section of the Bid Documents. All work on this Project shall be governed by the latest Edition of the Idaho Standards for Public Works Construction and as directed by the School District's Engineer. The project consists of the Contractor furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for constructing the D93 Bus Parking Parking Lot Improvements and other items specifically defined in the plans and Bid Proposal section of the Bid Documents. SITE OF WORK: Northwest corner of the intersection of Iona Road and 35th E. in Bonneville County. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond made payable to the Owner in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. This check or bid bond shall be forfeited in case bidder fails or refused to enter into contract or furnish the Performance Bond required within ten (10) days after date of award. The right is reserved by the Owner to accept or reject any or all bids, or accept the bid or bids deemed in the best interest of the School District. No bidder may withdraw his bid after the hour set for the bid opening or before contract is awarded unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) days. All bidders must have a Public Works Contractor's License issued by the State of Idaho.
