Renovation of a municipal facility in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Installing conduit for underground electrical and fiber optic conduit in preparation of upgrading and undergrounding the electrical and communications infrastructure. Project to include the trenching, conduit installation, junction boxes, vaults, traffic control, and surface repair. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The Project has an expected duration of sixteen weeks Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the Idaho Falls Power as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Idaho Falls reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City of Idaho Falls.
