Title: REPLACE TUBE BUNDLE IN COOLING TOWER 2 Location of the work: BLDG. 464 DAM NECK ANNEX Description of the work: Provide supervision, labor, material and equipment required to perform all work to Replace Tube Bundle in Cooling Tower #2, at DN-464. The Contractor shall properly secure all electrical power to Cooling Tower #2 - Model 10077923-B1-MHF7105QAEBNG-13 and any associated hazardous energy to allow for the proper replacement of heat exchanger coil, by utilizing OSHA approved Lockout/Tag out procedures in accordance with EM 385-1-1 Section 12, 29 CFR 1910.333, 29 CFR 1915.89, and paragraph Hazardous Energy Control Program (HECP). Estimated Budget Amount or Price Range: In accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.00. NAICS Code: 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction Time for completion: Contract completion date is 120 calendar days. The days are calculated from date of task order award, which includes the initial 15 days allowed for distribution of the task order award, submission and approval of insurance, bonding and other requirements set forth in the task order/MACC.
